Estimator

The Estimator will review plans and specifications, perform detailed quantity take‑offs, solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids, and support the senior estimator in bid preparation and subcontract management. The role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication with vendors, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
