Estimator

This role involves preparing detailed cost estimates and performing quantity take-offs for a variety of construction projects, including prestige residential and commercial developments. The position requires coordinating with the lead estimator to ensure accurate pricing schedules and maintaining organized documentation of all estimates. The ideal candidate will work independently to deliver high-quality work that requires minimal major corrections.
