Estimator

The Estimator position is responsible for creating and managing estimates and jobs across residential, commercial, and industrial lines of business. This role involves meeting with clients, developing competitive estimates using Xactimate, managing work through completion, and ensuring accurate budgeting and cost tracking. The position requires maintaining local-area clientele, primarily insurance adjusters, and coordinating emergency services as needed.
