Estimator

This role involves taking ownership of small estimates or components of large estimates, completing quantity takeoffs, and applying material unit prices to build accurate project bids. The Estimator supports the lead estimator and bid runner by soliciting competitive pricing from subtrade partners and suppliers, managing bid documents, and ensuring successful transfer of information to the project team upon award. The position requires strong construction knowledge, proficiency with estimating software, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across various delivery methods.
