Estimator

The Estimator at GMi prepares accurate and competitive cost estimates for construction projects by reviewing bid documents, performing quantity takeoffs, and developing pricing based on plans and specifications. This role supports business development by building client relationships and ensures all estimates align with company standards and customer requirements. The position requires strong knowledge of construction trades, estimating software, and building codes to deliver professional proposals and coordinate with project management teams.
