Estimator

The Estimator at GMi prepares accurate and competitive cost estimates for construction projects by reviewing bid documents, performing detailed quantity takeoffs, and developing pricing based on plans and specifications. This role supports business development by building and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring all estimates align with company standards and customer requirements. The position requires proficiency in construction trades such as drywall, metal framing, and acoustical ceilings, along with expertise in estimating software like OST and Quick Bid.
