Estimator

The Estimator supports the preconstruction team by performing accurate quantity takeoffs, analyzing subcontractor proposals, and contributing to detailed and conceptual estimates. This role involves reviewing project details, assisting with subcontractor bid solicitation and evaluation, and preparing scope comparison sheets and bid tabs. The position requires collaboration with internal teams, owners, and design teams to resolve design conflicts and support the preparation of GMP proposals and cost narratives.
