This role involves leading the estimating group for utility infrastructure projects, transforming client scopes into defensible cost estimates while mentoring the team. The position requires hands-on involvement in quantity take-offs, bid strategy, and subcontractor pricing, alongside close collaboration with operations from bid through project hand-off. The ideal candidate will leverage commercial estimating software and scheduling tools to support project managers and refine future bids based on actual cost data.
