Estimator

The Estimator plays a key role in the Preconstruction Department by preparing budgets, bids, and cost estimates for construction projects. This position involves analyzing project documentation, soliciting subcontractor quotes, and leading efforts to develop accurate and profitable project proposals. The role requires collaboration with teams, mentoring other estimators, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all estimates prior to submission.
