Estimator

An Estimator prepares estimates for various projects, sharing responsibility for cost accuracy with the project team and assisting other estimators and managers in all types of estimating tasks. The role involves preparing estimates using hard-bid, design-build, and conceptual methods, performing quantity take-offs, and soliciting bids from subcontractors and suppliers. The position requires excellent knowledge of Timberline and Excel software, along with the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
