Estimator

The Estimator plays a pivotal role in shaping winning project outcomes by preparing accurate tender submissions and fee proposals for complex fitout, refurbishment, and new build projects. This position involves collaborating with Pre-Construction and delivery teams to secure project opportunities and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and clients. The role requires conducting detailed estimates, site inspections, and reviewing project specifications to ensure buildability and competitive positioning.
