Estimator

This role serves as the primary estimating subject-matter expert, supporting capital planning, funding approval, and investment decision-making processes with expert cost estimates and analysis. The position involves leading the estimating function, managing team workload, and ensuring all estimates are delivered within service level agreements while maintaining robust and defensible outputs. The role requires interfacing directly with clients, JLL teams, and external partners to develop detailed cost estimates and budgets during project development and design.
