Estimator

An Estimator prepares estimates for various projects, shares responsibility for cost accuracy with the project team, and assists other estimators and managers in all types of estimating tasks. The role involves preparing estimates using hard-bid, design-build, and conceptual methods, performing quantity take-offs, and soliciting bids from subcontractors and suppliers.
