Estimator

This role involves the overall planning and management of estimating activities for specific construction projects, including the preparation, interpretation, and presentation of estimates. The position requires reviewing project plans, preparing accurate quantity takeoffs and materials pricing, and coordinating subcontractor solicitations. The Estimator is responsible for determining labor and construction equipment costs while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
