Estimator

L.F. Driscoll is seeking an Estimator to support their office, responsible for budgeting, bidding, leveling, and awarding a diverse set of projects while supporting the project team throughout all phases of construction. The position requires involvement in several projects simultaneously, managing the estimating process on assigned projects totaling $50 - $100M per year. The role involves preparing quantity take-offs, utilizing specialized software, and engaging with a centralized cost estimating database to ensure updated pricing. The Estimator will compile thorough scopes for subcontractor review, solicit bids, and manage project kickoff and closeout meetings to ensure smooth transitions across teams.
