About this role

The ETF Operations Product Analyst supports North American ETF servicing across the primary market lifecycle, including creation/redemption order support, basket production and dissemination, and settlement-related activities. This role partners with operations, oversight, and technology teams to support accurate execution, maintain strong operational controls, and drive ongoing process and system enhancements.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day ETF servicing activities across the primary market lifecycle
Monitor key workflow milestones and investigate exceptions across internal and external teams
