Ethernet & Optical Network Engineer

This role involves troubleshooting live Ethernet and Optical services across Colt's European network, owning customer incidents from diagnosis to resolution, and collaborating with internal teams, partners, and vendors to restore services efficiently. The engineer will monitor, diagnose, and resolve faults across Layer 1, 2, and relevant Layer 3 services while contributing to network reliability improvements and producing technical reports. The position requires participation in a 24/7 shift rotation and effective communication with customers and technical teams in both Spanish and English.
