The Compliance Specialist — Training and Communications supports nVent’s Ethics & Compliance Program by leading the implementation of the annual training and communications plan. The role partners with Employee/Enterprise Communications to develop and deliver compliance messaging and learning content globally and designs surveys to measure program effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
