Ethics, Compliance, and Privacy Manager

This role provides executive leadership to manage, coordinate, and monitor the ethics, compliance, and privacy program for the Butte County Department of Behavioral Health. The incumbent oversees programs ensuring full compliance with local, state, and federal laws while promoting awareness of ethical principles across the organization. The position involves directing compliance audits, developing policies, and providing guidance to leadership and staff to maintain high standards of conduct and privacy protection.
