ETL Navigator

The ETL Navigator serves as the primary point of contact for public school teachers participating in the ETL SPARK grant program, supporting their engagement in a self-directed, competency-based micro-credentialing initiative. This role involves coordinating communication, facilitating the completion of classroom needs assessments and learning contracts, and ensuring compliance with teacher stipend obligations. The position requires collaboration with a team of navigators, partner school districts, and university departments to implement the program effectively and support teacher development in literacy best practices.
