ETO Engineering Manager

The ETO Engineering Manager leads special product feasibility and development projects within the R&D and Engineering Department, overseeing coordinated management of SFA and ETO tasks alongside operational support for Service and Production. This role involves managing the local engineering team, ensuring compliance with engineering procedures, and driving the design, validation, and delivery of customized products from concept to customer handover. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Procurement, Quality, and Service, to resolve customer claims, manage supplier deviations, and support post-sales engineering requests.
