EUC Tier 1 Support Technician

This role is responsible for providing initial technical support for hardware, software, and network issues, troubleshooting user inquiries, and escalating complex problems. The position involves managing user accounts, maintaining PC hardware, and utilizing a ticketing system to resolve issues within department SLAs. It also includes creating knowledge base content and supporting remote employees with workflow best practices.
