European Logistics Strategy Manager

This role ensures the development and execution of the European Logistics strategy by sourcing, robust supplier segmentation, relationship and performance monitoring, supporting Heineken’s procurement ambitions and business continuity through effective sourcing, supplier partnerships, continuous improvement. The position involves managing all road freight spend in Europe, developing logistics category strategies, and leading procurement processes including RFPs/RFQs and regional legal contract negotiations to secure competitive pricing and service levels. It also requires managing strategic supplier relationships globally, driving regional logistic procurement activities, and co-owning the digital roadmap for logistic procurement including AI deployment.
