EV Advisor

The EV Advisor guides customers through their transportation electrification journey as a centralized point of contact within PG&E, serving as a subject matter expert for commercial customer transitions to electric vehicles. This role supports the EV Advisory Services program by providing information on site selection, fleet planning, and rate selection while collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer barriers. The position requires managing a queue of customers, developing customer-facing resources, and ensuring high satisfaction throughout the electrification process.
