About this role

The Evaluation & Insights Lead provides strategic and operational leadership for evaluation, program assessment, and portfolio insights to inform learning design and organizational priorities. This role involves overseeing the design and implementation of evaluation initiatives, supervising a team of professionals, and translating findings into actionable recommendations. The position partners with key stakeholders across the association to drive evidence-informed decision making and continuous improvement.
