Evening Banquet Houseman

The Evening Banquet Houseman is responsible for setting up all aspects of Banquet functions in accordance with The Lodge at Blue Sky and Auberge standards. This role involves maintaining knowledge of pre-function sidework, organizing stations for guest arrival, and ensuring service areas are properly stocked and clean. The position requires physical stamina and the ability to work evening shifts.
