Evening Hospice RN

This role involves planning and delivering comprehensive hospice care to patients and their families, utilizing the nursing process to assess needs, manage symptoms, and provide education on the dying process. The position requires developing individualized care plans, supervising hospice aides, and collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality palliative support. The role is part-time, scheduled for two weeknights per week from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
