The Evening Onsite Support Worker provides supportive counseling, group programming, crisis intervention, and life‑skills assistance to clients in a 24‑hour residential program. Working evenings (3 pm‑11 pm) on a full‑time basis, the role collaborates with the Program Manager and community partners to foster a safe, supportive community and respond to client needs, including overdose response and on‑call duties.
Through the $5 million Opening Doors to Dignity campaign, Ottawa Salus will build the first supportive housing community in Canada for older adults who have spent a lifetime coping with mental health, substance use and other challenges.
