Evening Shift Unit Manager

This role leads production team members to identify and execute process improvement opportunities while managing employees to attain production and quality goals. The incumbent identifies bottlenecks, ensures resource availability, and drives continuous improvement across safety, quality, delivery, cost, morale, and environment. Key duties include managing department functions, coaching teams in accountability and problem-solving, and enforcing work rules to enhance business results.
