Center For Youth
The Evening Triage Counselor provides crisis counseling and responsive care for youth ages 12-21, conducting comprehensive assessments to identify immediate and long‑term needs. The role also offers family crisis counseling, information dissemination, referral services, and youth advocacy, working within a full‑time Monday‑Friday schedule.
We provide temporary & transitional housing, crisis nursery services, school-based counseling, street outreach, and much more to the Rochester community.
