Event and Building Operations Coordinator

This position assists with the day-to-day coordination of event and building operations for Phoenix campus event spaces, engaging in the planning process from beginning to execution. The role involves analyzing operation reports, managing event set-up and tear-down, conducting equipment maintenance, and providing support for facility operations including micro markets and fitness centers. The coordinator also serves as a liaison for vendors, provides audio-visual technology support, and represents the department during key university or community events.
