Event Captain

The Event Captain is responsible for managing event staff and guest expectations to ensure an exceptional experience at The Madison Event Center and Hotel Covington. This role involves overseeing all aspects of contracted events, from setup and guest services to staff supervision and post-event cleanup. The position requires a proactive leader who can delegate tasks, maintain high service standards, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
