The Event Concierge serves as the primary liaison between catering managers, operational departments, and meeting planners to handle special needs for in-house groups. This highly visible role ensures seamless event execution by coordinating day-to-day logistics, managing Arrangements, and resolving issues to create memorable guest experiences within a resort setting.

Responsibilities

Act as onsite liaison between meeting planners and operational departments
Manage and coordinate all aspects of hotel events and conferences
Utilize Delphi software for document generation and schedule changes
Resolve issues proactively while keeping clients advised on event status
Attend daily Banquet Event Order meetings and pre-convention planning sessions
