About this role

The Event Content Manager at DX (an Atlassian company) will own the end‑to‑end content lifecycle for the company’s marquee conferences, handling speaker outreach, logistics, production schedules, and post‑event analysis. Reporting to the Events team, this role works closely with the Research team to translate editorial direction into a world‑class conference experience.

Responsibilities

Coordinate speaker management and content operations for marquee conferences
Run end-to-end Call for Speakers program including system setup and tracking
Manage speaker communications, logistics, and on-site rehearsals
Create and maintain production schedules, deck reviews, and cue sheets
Analyze event content performance and provide improvement recommendations
