Event Contractor-Request For Proposals

The Event Contractor will coordinate Amara’s annual gala, Together We Thrive, handling all aspects of event planning, logistics, vendor management, and sponsorship support for an in‑person gathering of approximately 300 attendees in Seattle. The role involves collaborating with Amara’s Development and Communications team to design the program, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure successful execution and post‑event stewardship.
