The Event Coordinator at Surgimate is tasked with strategizing and executing over 20 annual events for three SaaS brands—openDoctor, ImplantBase, and Surgimate. This role encompasses the full event lifecycle, from concept through post-event analysis, while collaborating across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align event strategies with company goals. The Event Coordinator will also utilize MarTech tools for process optimization and track key performance indicators to report on event impact. A strong background in B2B SaaS events, including both large trade shows and intimate webinars, is essential.
