Event Coordinator

The Event Coordinator supports the Senior Events Manager in planning and executing flagship annual conferences and one-day summits, while also managing recurring executive dinners across the country. This hands-on role focuses on logistics, vendor coordination, on-site execution, and creating high-end experiences for attendees and sponsors. Responsibilities include managing venues, AV needs, registration processes, post-event reporting, and representing the company at various locations with monthly travel.
