Event Coordinator

This role serves as the liaison between the Director of Campus Services and clients, managing high-touch events and experiences that meet organizational goals and exceed customer expectations. The position involves overseeing designated events from inception to conclusion, facilitating client and vendor meetings, and coordinating with various campus departments to ensure efficient scheduling and service delivery. Key responsibilities include assisting with the organization of major on-campus events, managing event registration, and compiling necessary documentation and schedules.
