Event Coordinator

Responsible for the conception, planning, coordination, management, and successful execution of special events promoted by Visit Hot Springs, as well as groups, meetings, conventions, conferences, entertainment events, and other activities held within the Hot Springs Convention Center and/or Bank OZK Arena facilities. The role involves serving as the primary event contact, coordinating events from initial booking through post-event follow-up, and managing client relationships, vendor coordination, and event logistics. This position requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure the successful delivery of diverse events.
