Event Coordinator

The Event Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of in-person and virtual events under the direction of the Lead, Event Services. This role manages logistics for assigned meetings, supports senior team members on larger conferences, and ensures a positive attendee experience through effective stakeholder communication and vendor coordination. The position contributes to continuous improvement efforts by participating in event evaluations and identifying opportunities to enhance processes.
