Event Coordinator

The Event Coordinator serves as the onsite supervisor for all public and private events at Naples Botanical Garden, managing inquiries and coordinating the institutional calendar to drive attendance and engagement. This role utilizes event management tools like Tripleseat and Monday.com to ensure accurate execution of event plans and seamless experiences for visitors and clients. The position supports the Visitor Operations Manager in producing various events while maintaining strong relationships with vendors and internal departments.
