Event Coordinator

This role supports the planning and execution of education programs, conferences, and events by managing registration, facility arrangements, and audio-visual solutions under the guidance of a Project Manager. The position involves coordinating pre- and post-conference activities, handling attendee data, and ensuring compliance with continuing education requirements. It also includes crafting event presentations and providing exceptional customer service to elevate the attendee experience.
