Event & Group Planning Coordinator

This role oversees and coordinates event planning, group planning, and sales & marketing administration to support hotel revenue objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The position manages events and groups requirements throughout the planning phase, ensuring accurate preparation and distribution of documentation while maintaining effective communication with various departments. It also provides comprehensive administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team through report preparation, database maintenance, and coordination of departmental activities.
