Event Management Specialist

The Event Management Specialist supports Air National Guard event packets and business processes, including SharePoint content management, training materials, reporting tools, event closeout, correspondence, taskers, tracking products, and briefing support. The role involves reviewing and processing conference submission packets, collecting conference activity data, and providing conference website coordination. The specialist also builds and maintains conference calendars, reviews and edits correspondence and briefings, and participates in program meetings to coordinate with government action officers and conference support offices.
