The Event Management position supports the Manager in executing meetings and events while implementing brand service strategies and initiatives. The role focuses on meeting customer needs, growing event revenues, and resolving issues that arise during events. Daily walk-throughs of the banquet floor are conducted to ensure client satisfaction and maintain quality standards.
