Event Management

This role prepares event documentation and coordinates with sales, property departments, and customers to ensure high-level service throughout the pre-event, event, and post-event phases. The position primarily handles complex events, ensuring seamless turnover from sales to service and back to sales while maximizing revenue through up-selling. It also involves supporting the Director of Event Management and serving as the primary contact for the event planner's experience.
