Event Management

The Event Management position oversees all functions within the department, including Event Planning, Banquets/Catering, Event Service, and Event Technology. This role ensures the implementation of brand service strategies, manages seamless event execution from sales to operations, and drives financial performance while maintaining high employee and customer satisfaction. The position is responsible for leading teams, managing budgets, and ensuring exceptional customer service across all property events.
