Event Management

This role is responsible for preparing event documentation and coordinating with sales, property departments, and customers to ensure high-level service throughout the pre-event, event, and post-event phases. The position primarily handles events of average complexity, ensuring seamless turnover from sales to service and back to sales. It also involves recognizing opportunities to maximize revenue through up-selling and offering enhancements to create outstanding events.
