This role manages all event service, banquet, and event technology operations and staff on a daily basis, ensuring the highest level of service throughout the event phase. The position is responsible for achieving guest and employee satisfaction while maximizing revenue opportunities and effectively managing costs. It involves leading the event operation team, overseeing event logistics, and maintaining strong relationships with property stakeholders and clients.
