Event Planner (Internal Candidates Only)

The Event Planner provides strategic oversight and centralized coordination for the Washington Education Association's large-scale meetings, including the annual Representative Assembly and organizational convenings. This role manages contracts, vendor relationships, and budgets while ensuring compliance with union policies across the organization. Acting as a primary resource for meeting standards, the position collaborates with Department Meeting Liaisons to promote efficient and fiscally responsible event planning.
